Losing a beloved pet is a difficult experience, and we understand the importance of providing a respectful and seamless process for saying goodbye. Our post-mortem pick-up service is designed to offer convenience and peace of mind during this challenging time.

 Pick-Up Options

• Salt Lake and Davis County Coverage: We offer pick-up services from any location within Salt Lake and Davis counties for a nominal fee of $40 with the purchase of one of our cremation services. Our dedicated pet-bereavement specialist will respectfully retrieve your deceased pet, ensuring the utmost care and professionalism.
• Flexible Appointments: Appointments for bringing in your pet are required during regular business hours (10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) at no additional cost. Appointments for bringing your pet to our crematorium outside of regular business hours (10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) are available for an additional $40. We understand that circumstances may require alternative arrangements, and we strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.
• Extended Service Hours and Locations: For pick-ups in other counties, or during unconventional hours such as late nights, weekends, holidays, or any other unique circumstances, an additional fee above $40 may be assessed based on our availability and logistical considerations.

 Assistance for Large Pets

• Additional Support: If your pet is large and you cannot assist in lifting, we offer to coordinate an additional team member for an extra cost of $60 during regular business hours and locations. The fee may vary for situations requiring extra assistance during odd hours or at unconventional locations.

 Convenient Scheduling

• Appointment-Based Service: Whether you drop off your pet personally or opt for our pick-up service, appointments are required regardless of the time. Simply call or text us, and we will strive to accommodate your needs, even on short notice.
